Shipping Policy

Wet Kitti Creations provides shipping for our creations. We understand the importance of convenience, and we want to ensure that our customers receive their creations in a timely and professional manner. Our shipping costs are affordable and depend on the location of the customer. At Wet Kitti Creations, we take pride in our creations and believe that our customers should have a pleasant experience when shopping and receiving their creations. Return & Exchange Policy

At Wet Kitti Creations, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We take pride in the quality of our creations. Wet Kitti Creations uses Printify, a print on demand company, to bring these creations to life and ship our creations to you. All creations are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in the case of a damaged creation or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact them within 30 days of creation delivery. You will need to get in touch with their team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple creations that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected creations visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Please note, Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued.
